Saks Global seeks an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead a team of sourcing specialists across the United States, responsible for identifying and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing strategies. This role requires strategic development and execution of talent pipelines using Workday, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter, alongside strong stakeholder partnership and performance-driven team leadership to support critical hiring initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of US-based sourcing specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and ongoing support
• Set clear performance expectations, define individual and team goals aligned with talent acquisition objectives, and monitor progress
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and support professional development
• Identify training and development needs for the team and facilitate continuous improvement opportunities
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment that promotes knowledge sharing
• Address and resolve team conflicts and performance concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new sourcing team members
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various functions and organizational levels
• Develop and refine outreach strategies to engage top-tier candidates and ensure positive candidate experience
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques
• Maintain deep expertise in Workday for sourcing, candidate tracking, and reporting
• Leverage Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive candidates at scale
• Develop and implement best practices for platform utilization to maximize reach and efficiency
• Evaluate new sourcing tools and technologies to enhance team capabilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted strategies
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers on sourcing progress and provide market insights
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure seamless transition from sourcing to interview process
• Work with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on talent acquisition goals
• Leverage data and analytics to assess sourcing strategy effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
• Track and analyze key sourcing metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate engagement
• Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and present findings to leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of research and sourcing experience
• Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and developing sourcing or recruitment teams
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Expert proficiency in Workday for sourcing and applicant tracking
• Advanced experience leveraging Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate identification
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations
• Experience with additional ATS platforms beyond Workday

Experience

8-10 years of prior research and sourcing experience, with demonstrated success in leading and managing sourcing or recruitment teams. Proven track record of developing and executing effective sourcing strategies and building robust talent pipelines.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
