Role & Responsibilities
- Model Saks Fifth Avenue service principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in all customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual, vendor line, and departmental sales goals
- Build and maintain client relationships using Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling system to document preferences and drive repeat business
- Provide expert product consultation and professional makeup application and skincare guidance
- Conduct pre-booked facial consultation events and in-house training programs
- Maintain clean, tidy, and welcoming counter standards
- Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and designated brand Account Executive
- Process transactions and manage post-sale customer follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused beauty environment
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance and quota achievement
- Proficiency with online clienteling software and retail technology systems
- Professional makeup application and skincare consultation capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and business acumen
