Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skincare consultations and bespoke product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and lifecycle.
- Demonstrate and perform product applications, ritual protocols and in‑store treatments to showcase efficacy and build trust.
- Drive retail sales and conversion by achieving individual and store sales targets while maximising average transaction value.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow‑up communications.
- Maintain luxury presentation standards: merchandising, stock replenishment, visual displays and impeccable boutique upkeep.
- Accurately process transactions, manage returns and liaise with store management on inventory and promotional activities.
- Participate in brand trainings, product launches and continual professional development to sustain category expertise and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or beauty sales experience, ideally within premium or luxury skincare/cosmetics (1–3 years preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a strong focus on client service and relationship building.
- Comfortable performing product demonstrations and basic in‑store treatments; relevant beauty therapy or cosmetology certification is advantageous.
- Professional presentation and the ability to represent a high‑end brand in an elegant, discreet manner.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends to meet boutique trading hours.
