Role & Responsibilities
- Model all Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank) in daily customer interactions
- Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales targets, and departmental sales objectives
- Develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships as the primary brand expert and departmental representative
- Utilize Neiman Marcus's online clienteling resource tool to record client information, preferences, and purchase history to drive personalized business development
- Execute professional makeup consultations, skincare treatments, and product applications with precision and expertise
- Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, welcoming, and properly merchandised selling area
- Serve as liaison between Neiman Marcus and designated beauty brand Account Executives
- Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events
- Close retail sales effectively and execute comprehensive post-purchase customer follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics or beauty environment
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales performance and consistent quota achievement

Skills
Experience
