Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Site Experience Specialist to support digital customer experience strategy across site replatforming, launches, and cross-functional initiatives. The role covers customer journey analysis, defect tracking, front-end UAT, competitive benchmarking, and execution playbooks. The position is remote; compensation is $72,000–$89,000 annually.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and translate customer insights into strategic site recommendations that optimize digital functionality and user journeys, engagement, and commercial growth.
  • Support cross-functional alignment on new site experience strategies by establishing documentation, approval workflows, and execution roadmaps with Digital Experience leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Track site defects and validate releases, overseeing incoming bugs and deployed fixes to protect the customer-facing digital experience.
  • Oversee front-end user acceptance testing (UAT) for site enhancements and system integrations, aligning teams to validate complex business scenarios across new features and legacy platforms before go-live.
  • Co-lead bi-weekly E-Commerce Leadership meetings for the digital experience team, setting agendas and aligning stakeholders on business updates and priorities.
  • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking to monitor industry trends, identify digital experience gaps, and uncover innovation opportunities.
  • Establish and scale standard operating playbooks and execution frameworks for major site migrations, feature releases, and defect resolution.
  • Serve as the primary business subject matter expert on legacy systems, audit test cases for gaps, and ensure functional alignment during system integrations and migrations.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of experience in digital eCommerce, site merchandising, product, or a related role.
  • Ability to drive project readiness, manage cross-functional timelines, and coordinate eCommerce, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Experience creating business readiness playbooks, organizing launch frameworks, and conducting business-side UAT for new front-end features and site releases.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functional teams.
  • Understanding of the retail, fashion, or luxury brand landscape.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce or MACH/headless architectures, and core digital tools including PIM, CMS, Adobe analytics, and personalization engines.
  • Proven success managing site enhancements, digital initiatives, or customer experience projects.
