Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify shipping manifests, bills of lading, and related documentation for all outgoing shipments
- Cross-check cargo details (weight, dimensions, and contents) against purchase orders
- Coordinate with logistics coordinators and the management team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records for compliance and auditing purposes
- Use shipping and inventory management software (Status of Sends, FedEx) to track and update shipment statuses
- Flag and resolve discrepancies quickly to prevent delays or compliance issues
