Role & Responsibilities
- Complete merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders
- Perform merchandise price changes, reticketing, and signage updates to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Manage inventory control processes including reticketing, damage assessment, and mark-down of out-of-stock items
- Maintain backstock organization and stockroom cleanliness and efficiency
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and merchandising of in-store events and promotional activations under visual team direction
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols in dock and warehouse areas
- Support store operations and managers with daily administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Comfortable with standing, bending, climbing stairs, and other physical tasks required for the role
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts
