Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate shift operations to ensure smooth daily functions
- Manage and support team members during assigned shifts
- Monitor quality standards and compliance with company policies
- Report to management on shift performance and incidents

Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience

Experience
At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity within a fast-paced operational environment.
Education
