Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve assigned seating sections with professionalism and grace, adhering to established table service protocols and order of service
  • Provide detailed menu consultation to guests, leveraging thorough knowledge of food preparation, culinary terminology, wine, beer, and spirits
  • Execute pre-shift and post-shift duties as assigned, including setup, breakdown, and restaurant maintenance
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, process all payment methods, and maintain accounting integrity

  • Participate in daily pre-shift briefings and coordinate with kitchen and service staff
