Role & Responsibilities
- Serve assigned seating section with professional grace and warmth consistent with Neiman Marcus service standards
- Leverage comprehensive knowledge of food preparation, culinary terminology, and menu offerings to inform customer selections
- Demonstrate expertise in wine, beer, and spirits service, including technical knowledge and proper service procedures
- Execute proper order of service and table settings management according to established guidelines
- Manage multiple concurrent duties while interacting graciously with customers
- Adhere to all POS system procedures and established accounting protocols for payment processing
- Maintain thorough personal hygiene and appearance standards, including clean pressed uniform and professionally styled grooming
- Execute pre-shift and post-shift responsibilities as assigned by management
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and coordinate schedule changes with restaurant management
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and workstation organization throughout shifts
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
