Server position at upscale restaurant in Dallas, Texas. Deliver exceptional fine dining service in a luxury hospitality environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and throughout their dining experience
- Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding cuisine, wine pairings, and seasonal specialties
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using established point-of-sale systems and communicate clearly with kitchen staff
- Deliver dishes and beverages with appropriate timing, presentation, and service technique
- Monitor table satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns or special requests promptly
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy
- Maintain awareness of all guests within assigned station and provide proactive, anticipatory service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of fine dining or upscale hospitality service experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
