Saks Global hiring Senior Treasury Analyst in Texas, USA. Manage liquidity, cash forecasting, and banking relationships. $80K–$105K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily cash modeling to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs, reconciling actuals to forecast and identifying key drivers and trends
- Execute daily cash positioning through wire and ACH payments, managing intercompany fund transfers and maintaining precise liquidity levels
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to release daily disbursements and ensure alignment with approved cash forecasts
- Partner across Financial Planning, Real Estate, Tax, Payroll, and Benefits teams to support treasury requirements and align direct cash forecasts with three-statement financial modeling
- Track and reconcile global capability center disbursement needs to ensure proper monthly funding levels
- Prepare interest forecasts and actualization schedules, coordinating with Accounting to ensure accurate debt reflection in financial systems
- Prepare and disseminate daily executive reporting on cash position and liquidity; serve as primary contact for store teams and internal business partners on cash management matters
- Oversee bank account maintenance and compliance with cash management controls, including account opening/closing, authorized signer updates, and portal access management
- Identify opportunities to streamline payment processes, reduce transaction costs, and enhance treasury automation
- Support compliance processes, financial statement audits, borrowing base reviews, and bank/debt reporting
- Participate in strategic treasury projects and long-term treasury strategy initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2–4 years of corporate treasury, corporate finance, or commercial banking experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including financial modeling, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Pivot Tables
- Hands-on experience with commercial online banking platforms and treasury management systems (e.g., Wells Fargo Vantage, J.P. Morgan Access, Bank of America CashPro)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities
- High attention to detail and sound financial literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
