Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategic restaurant management priorities that deliver consistent, excellent luxury hospitality experiences aligned with Saks Global corporate vision
  • Partner closely with the Store General Manager, Regional Director of Restaurants, and Corporate Food Service on strategic alignment and operational oversight
  • Conduct daily operational briefings with senior store leadership to proactively manage and resolve business challenges
  • Cultivate and maintain premium relationships with high-value clientele to enhance brand loyalty and deepen customer engagement with Saks Global
  • Develop, finalize, and achieve seasonal profit plans with absolute accountability for the restaurant's financial performance
  • Analyze inventory metrics, batch invoices, forecasts, and P&L reports to protect and maximize the bottom line
  • Maintain accurate operational paperwork and POS reporting systems, monitoring metrics against established fiscal targets
  • Drive the team to achieve 90% or higher scores on seasonal secret shop audits and local health sanitation evaluations
  • Ensure flawless adherence to all Saks Global corporate operational deadlines and calendar requirements
  • Champion the development and execution of high-profile restaurant promotions, private bookings, and special events
  • Directly oversee performance management, professional growth, and development of the restaurant management team

  • Serve as key liaison in weekly department manager meetings, cascading corporate initiatives and fostering cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive hospitality management experience with demonstrated success in high-volume, premium, or luxury restaurant operations
  • Advanced financial acumen and analytical skills with extensive experience in restaurant P&L analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Documented track record of achieving business results and driving revenue growth across multiple business units or revenue streams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to counsel, coach, and negotiate across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency with MS Office Product Suite and Google Workspace (advanced proficiency preferred)
  • Strong commitment to collaborative, team-oriented corporate culture
  • Physical capability to stand, walk the floor, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds regularly
