Saks Global seeks a Senior Integrations Engineer in New York to lead enterprise integration delivery, mentor development teams, and drive cloud-native platform enhancements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor internal and offshore developer teams through code reviews and integration governance enforcement
- Partner with Integration Architects to review, approve, and implement cloud integration solutions and API designs aligned with enterprise strategy
- Oversee platform improvements, cloud migrations, and upgrades while maintaining robust monitoring using CloudWatch, Datadog, and Splunk
- Drive CI/CD automation, manage release artifacts, and troubleshoot complex technical issues across cloud environments
- Execute hands-on engineering tasks (up to 20%) to support complex feature development and framework builds
- Guide architectural decisions for microservices, enterprise messaging systems, and cloud-native solutions at global scale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 4–7+ years of experience in integration development and technical leadership within global enterprises
- Deep expertise in API architecture, microservices, enterprise messaging systems, and cloud-native solutions
- Demonstrated implementation experience of integration cloud platforms at global scale
- Strong understanding of security concepts including identity management, authentication, and authorization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments
