Role & Responsibilities
- Direct all restaurant operations including daily service, staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and evaluate management and service staff to ensure consistent delivery of luxury hospitality standards
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and P&L accountability
