Exemplar Luxury Group seeks Senior CWP Specialist in India to manage contingent workforce operations including vendor compliance, contract management, and worker lifecycle administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily contingent workforce program operations, including contracting, resource onboarding, assignment modifications, and offboarding activities
- Apply sound commercial and contract negotiation expertise to manage vendor agreements, rate cards, and service-level expectations
- Verify financial program integrity by ensuring all contingent resources are backed by active contracts and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Manage real-time records within the Vendor Management System (VMS) to maintain data integrity and audit compliance
- Monitor vendor performance against established agreements, rate cards, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and operational expectations
- Generate and distribute workforce metrics reports, program financial analyses, key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Partner with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to verify worker classifications, conduct regular compliance audits, identify co-employment risks, and implement corrective action plans
- Provide strategic workforce guidance and consult with business functions and leaders to understand labor demands and optimize workforce deployment
- Serve as primary liaison between MSPs and internal stakeholders, vendors, and contingent workers to resolve inquiries and escalations
- Identify and assess opportunities for process optimization and collaborate with leadership to design and implement solutions
- Support security and compliance reviews, including profile access audits and worker classification validations, to protect system integrity
- Maintain user permissions and validate contingent worker data within management platforms (e.g., SAP Fieldglass) in accordance with security policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, supply chain management, or related discipline
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in contingent workforce programs, human resources operations, or procurement
- Demonstrated expertise with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as SAP Fieldglass, VNDLY, Beeline, or equivalent platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, with ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups
- Thorough knowledge of contingent workforce operations, worker classification regulations, and co-employment risk mitigation
- Proven experience collaborating with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and managing global stakeholder relationships
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation tools including Excel and PowerPoint

Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in contingent workforce program management, human resources operations, or strategic procurement, with demonstrated expertise in vendor lifecycle management and Managed Service Provider collaboration within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Education
