Senior Associate, General Accounting role in India. Join our finance team for accounting operations and financial reporting responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers
- Process routine accounting transactions and journal entries
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support internal and external audit activities and provide supporting documentation
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with established accounting policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency with accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or equivalent standards
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
