Exemplar Luxury Group seeks Senior Analyst, MNR in India. Lead fraud investigations and loss prevention strategy across MNR/RNR domains for a luxury retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead complex fraud investigations into high-risk transaction anomalies including MNR/RNR, high return velocity, promotional exploitation, and friendly fraud, constructing evidence-backed frameworks to validate or reject high-value claims
- Translate investigation findings into high-impact fraud rules, dynamic risk scoring, and preventive controls to proactively block emerging attack vectors and reinforce operational security
- Drive loss prevention strategy and governance across sensitive investigations while partnering with key business units including Contact Center, Logistics, and Digital Risk to embed robust controls and refine operational policies
- Mentor junior analysts and present risk exposure findings to senior leadership with clear strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of demonstrated experience in fraud detection platforms and e-commerce loss prevention
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills with ability to translate complex threat patterns into strategic recommendations
- Proven track record of evaluating emerging fraud technologies, tools, and industry benchmarks
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and leadership abilities in high-tempo environments

Experience
3–5+ years of experience in fraud platforms and e-commerce loss prevention with demonstrated expertise in transaction monitoring, investigation framework development, and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced retail environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent professional experience in fraud detection or loss prevention.
