Role & Responsibilities
- Establish project-specific KPIs and tailored scorecard goals in partnership with brand marketing, creative, and digital teams prior to campaign launch
- Build and maintain dynamic tracking systems to monitor performance metrics across the entire project lifecycle, including pre-launch benchmarks, in-flight optimization, and post-campaign evaluation
- Design, develop, and standardize comprehensive performance scorecards and dashboards that synthesize multi-channel data into a unified source of truth
- Lead post-campaign analysis by evaluating data, establishing ROI, and compiling comprehensive performance summaries highlighting wins and optimization opportunities for executive leadership
- Translate technical data concepts and complex metrics into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or business intelligence, preferably supporting integrated marketing campaigns, brand partnerships, or experiential activations
- Strong expertise in establishing measurement frameworks, customer segmentation, lifetime value tracking, and full-funnel marketing attribution
- Proven track record collaborating with diverse channel managers and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
