Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service on the shop floor to convert footfall into sales and build long‑term relationships.
- Achieve and contribute to store and personal sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and maintain cash handling integrity.
- Maintain immaculate presentation of merchandise and window displays in line with brand visual directives.
- Support stock management activities including replenishment, inventory counts and receiving deliveries.
- Update and maintain client records and sales activity within the store CRM or POS system.
- Adhere to brand standards, loss‑prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven customer‑facing experience in retail, luxury or premium service environments (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and professional demeanour.
- Numerate and comfortable handling transactions and basic sales reporting.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail trading periods.
- Right to work in the country of employment.
