Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and appointment management.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of women's footwear lines, materials and fit recommendations to advise clients accurately.
- Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, client records and returns in accordance with company procedures and CRM best practices.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold luxury standards and seasonal directives.
- Support stockroom operations including inventory replenishment, stock counts and loss‑prevention procedures.

Qualifications
