Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Provide expert product knowledge and fit consultations for women's shoes, including sizing, materials, and care guidance.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective cross-selling.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and handle returns and exchanges in accordance with brand policy.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, floor replenishment, stockroom organisation and inventory accuracy.
- Execute clienteling activities including follow-up communications, appointment bookings and recording client preferences in CRM.

Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience in luxury fashion or footwear, preferably 1–3 years.
- Demonstrable experience fitting and advising on women's shoes and knowledge of footwear materials and construction.

- Professional presentation and adherence to luxury service standards and brand policies.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings; flexibility for events and private appointments.
