Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and fit consultations for women's shoes, including sizing, materials, and care guidance.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective cross-selling.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and handle returns and exchanges in accordance with brand policy.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, floor replenishment, stockroom organisation and inventory accuracy.

  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings; flexibility for events and private appointments.
