Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to drive sales and cultivate long-term relationships with high-value and repeat customers.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and proactive clienteling (phone, email, in-person).
  • Demonstrate and maintain deep product knowledge across the collection — materials, construction, fit and care — to advise clientele authoritatively.

  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) transactions, returns and exchanges accurately; manage cash handling and daily reconciliation when required.
  • Support stock management activities: replenishment, receiving, tagging, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in clienteling activities such as appointment scheduling, follow-ups, private viewings and after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team and management on promotions, events and local marketing initiatives; contribute to an elevated in-store atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing experience in retail; prior experience within luxury, designer or premium fashion brands preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude and polished personal presentation.
