Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience that fosters long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, up‑selling and cross‑selling.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge across collections and communicate craftsmanship, provenance and materials with confidence.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and after-sales service while ensuring compliance with store procedures and legal requirements.
- Support daily visual merchandising standards, floor replenishment and stockroom organisation to preserve the brand environment.
- Execute clienteling activities including follow-ups, appointment management and contribution to the CRM database.
- Contribute to inventory control, receiving processes and loss-prevention diligence.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales preferred; demonstrable customer service excellence.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with refined presentation and grooming standards.
- Strong commercial mindset with numeracy and the ability to work to targets and KPIs.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in the job location.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of retail sales experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium brands is strongly preferred. Experience managing client appointments and using CRM or POS systems is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality preferred.
