Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct personalized client appointments exclusively at the Fifth Avenue Club, maintaining a minimum monthly cadence of one in-person engagement
- Manage and expand a book of high-value clients through proactive relationship cultivation, diagnostic spending analysis, and targeted recommendations using clienteling tools
- Assess client needs rapidly—including occasion requirements, product preferences, and available time—and recommend appropriate store services to enhance the shopping experience
- Maintain active annual sales volume of $500,000 or more through disciplined follow-up and wallet-share growth initiatives
- Educate clients on in-store services, events, and new merchandise deliveries to maximize engagement and personal brand authority
- Deliver exceptional service recovery and problem resolution independently with minimal supervision
- Use digital channels, electronic point-of-sale systems, social media, and clienteling technology to provide 24/7 client access and targeted communications
- Conduct monthly touchpoints with the Fifth Avenue Club manager to review performance goals, product knowledge, and marketplace trends
Qualifications
- Existing Fifth Avenue Consultant or comparable luxury retail background with demonstrated $1 million+ annual sales history
- Active, productive client book capable of sustaining minimum one in-person appointment per month
- Proven ability to facilitate appointments independently and maintain business without direct supervision
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Extensive knowledge of Saks Fifth Avenue store layout, current merchandise assortment, and service offerings
- Demonstrated expertise in personal styling and fashion consultation

Experience
Commission sales experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion retail; established track record of building and maintaining high-value client relationships; demonstrated proficiency with technology platforms for client engagement and sales support.

Compensation
