Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients in the menswear category, cultivating long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a client portfolio through outreach, follow‑up and clienteling activities.
  • Maintain flawless visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation reflects brand guidelines.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and after‑sales service; ensure accurate cash handling and till reconciliation.
