Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, appointment-driven and walk-in client service tailored to a high-net-worth clientele.
- Achieve and exceed store and personal sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships using CRM tools and follow-up activity.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice across menswear collections and accessories.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage returns/exchanges and maintain point-of-sale integrity.
- Maintain impeccable visual presentation of the sales floor, windows and stock rooms to brand standards.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment and stock counts.
- Participate in store events, private appointments and in-season product trainings.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or premium menswear sales preferred.
- Demonstrable clienteling and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and polished interpersonal presentation.
- Numerical literacy and experience working with POS/CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
- Legal right to work in the country of employment.

Typically 1–2 years of retail sales experience in luxury, premium or specialist menswear environments; demonstrable success against sales targets and in building repeat client business is preferred.
Education
