Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer service that reflects the maison’s standards and enhances client loyalty.
- Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through personalised clienteling, follow-up and after-sales care.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual and merchandising standards, ensuring stock is presented according to brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) and payment systems accurately; manage returns, receipts and basic cash handling.
- Support store operations including inventory replenishment, stocktakes, fitting-room management and loss-prevention procedures.
- Assist with in-store events, private appointments and launches to maximise client engagement and conversion.
- Adhere to brand policies, compliance and confidentiality standards at all times.

- Proven aptitude for client-facing sales with a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and a long-term client book.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred, ideally 1+ years in a luxury, premium or contemporary fashion environment. Experience with clienteling and meeting sales targets is advantageous.
Education
