Confidential contemporary fashion house in London, UK is hiring a Selling Advisor (Part-time).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients on the selling floor, ensuring a memorable luxury brand experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling and conversion of footfall.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, including follow-up, appointment management and CRM updates.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and housekeeping for the sales floor and fitting areas.
- Manage stock: receive, replenish, perform cycle counts and support inventory control and loss-prevention measures.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions and handle cash/credit procedures.
- Collaborate with the store team to support events, product launches and in-store marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing experience in luxury, contemporary or premium retail environments.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with polished presentation and professional demeanour.
- Strong numeracy and cash-handling integrity; attention to detail in stock and visual presentation.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ year of direct retail sales experience, preferably within contemporary or luxury fashion; experience in client relationship management and meeting sales KPIs is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or visual merchandising is advantageous.
