Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, high-touch customer service that reflects the maison’s standards and enhances client loyalty.
  • Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through personalised clienteling, follow-up and after-sales care.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise.
