Selling Advisor - Ladies Shoes position in Houston, TX. Join our luxury footwear team and provide expert styling to discerning customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling advice and product expertise to customers shopping for women's footwear
- Build and maintain client relationships through attentive service and follow-up engagement
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments in compliance with store procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays remain attractive and well-organized
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Educate customers on shoe care, sizing, and product features to enhance their purchasing experience
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in luxury fashion or footwear
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with brand standards
- Fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
