Luxury jewelry sales advisor position in Palm Desert, FL. Deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative sales support to discerning clientele through in-depth product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Develop and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business and increase customer lifetime value
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of service excellence
- Present jewelry collections with sophistication and address client inquiries with precision and professionalism
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store aesthetic standards to enhance the retail environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in luxury retail or high-end jewelry sales
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven ability to establish rapport with affluent clientele
- Strong numeracy and ability to manage client accounts and transactions
- Proficiency in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and standard retail technology
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
