Luxury retailer in London seeks a Selling Advisor — Gift Galleries to deliver elevated client service and drive sales in the gift department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to high-net-worth and aspirational customers across gifting categories.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across fragrances, accessories, small leather goods and seasonal gift assortments.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation of sales.
- Execute visual merchandising and product presentation to prescribed brand standards, including luxury gift-wrapping and packaging.
- Build and sustain client relationships through follow-up, after-sales service and basic clienteling activities.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, receiving and loss-prevention procedures.
- Contribute to store events, private appointments and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable retail sales aptitude with a focus on high-quality customer service.
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal manner appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
