Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently exceptional, highly personalised shopping experience to high-value and walk-in clients through consultative selling techniques.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships using proactive clienteling: follow-ups, appointment scheduling and bespoke service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maintaining a keen focus on conversion, average transaction value and product mix.
  • Provide authoritative product knowledge across designer ready-to-wear collections and advise clients on styling, fit and provenance.
  • Execute daily boutique operations including POS transactions, cash handling, returns and accurate sales reporting.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and assist with window and in-store presentation to uphold the maison’s brand aesthetics.
  • Manage stockroom processes: receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and shrinkage prevention in collaboration with the store manager.
  • Assist with client events, private viewings and trunk shows; liaise with CRM to capture and update client profiles and purchase histories.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales ability with demonstrable results in a boutique, department store or luxury environment.
  • Refined interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy, discretion and polished client communication.
  • Strong commercial acumen, numeracy for transaction handling and familiarity with basic sales reporting.
