Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch client service to cultivate long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and conversion strategies.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of current and archival ready-to-wear collections to advise clients on fit, styling and care.
- Execute daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising standards and inventory replenishment.
- Manage clienteling activities: schedule appointments, follow up post-sale, maintain CRM records and coordinate bespoke requests.
- Process transactions accurately using the store Point of Sale (POS), handle cash and card payments, and reconcile takings as required.
- Collaborate with the store team on promotional events, private appointments and seasonal launches to maximise client engagement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in luxury retail or designer ready-to-wear sales; track record of meeting sales objectives preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first commercial mindset.
- Strong numerical aptitude and experience handling transactions and basic sales reporting.
- Professional presentation and an understanding of luxury service protocols.
- Right to work in the UK (if applicable for the London location).
