Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, client-focused sales service for the contemporary ready-to-wear collection, converting footfall into sales and driving KPIs.
- Build and sustain client relationships through proactive outreach, personalised styling advice and follow-up to cultivate loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain in-store merchandising and visual standards to brand guidelines, ensuring product is presented with precision and seasonal integrity.
- Execute transactional duties accurately using the store POS, including cash handling, invoicing and after-sales documentation.
- Manage stock operations on the shop floor: replenishment, transfers, stock counts and shrinkage prevention.
- Collaborate with the store team and management to meet sales targets, participate in store meetings and support promotional events.
- Stay current on product stories, materials and craftsmanship to communicate brand heritage and product value to clients.
