Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients warmly at store entrances and departmental areas, routing them to appropriate sales associates based on service needs
- Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and accurately
- Serve across multiple store areas as required by operational demands
- Address escalated customer concerns with grace and professionalism, involving management when necessary
- Follow up diligently on customer requests, inquiries, and service requirements
- Support BOPIS and curbside pickup operations in coordination with the operations team and management
- Facilitate fitting room experiences and services as needed
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience by promoting ancillary services including alterations, personalization, food and beverage offerings, and delivery options
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of customer-centric experience demonstrating proven ability to sell products and services
- Proficiency with retail technology platforms and mobile devices
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak season
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of experience in customer-facing roles with demonstrated success in product and service sales, including competency with retail and mobile technologies.
