Seasonal Busser at BG Restaurants, luxury dining environment. Peak season support role with training provided.
Role & Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly between courses and covers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, service stations, and guest areas
- Support servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient table turns during service
- Assist with basic food and beverage setup including glassware, flatware, and linens
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and discretion
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols consistently
Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently during peak dining periods
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and move dining furniture and service items
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic restaurant schedules and seasonal demands
- Positive attitude and willingness to support team objectives
