Role & Responsibilities
- Manage physical product samples by category, priority and shoot schedule for an assigned business area.
- Administer sample logistics including receiving, tracking, check-in/out for studio shoots, returns and disposition.
- Maintain and update product copy sheets and accurate sample records through the digital item lifecycle.
- Inspect samples for quality and accuracy; document and report discrepancies to Product Supervisors and Sample Manager.
- Communicate with vendors and buyers to request and validate product copy attributes and sample availability.
- Support Product Supervisors and Sample Manager on cross‑functional projects and ad hoc studio tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, sample handling, inventory, or studio support roles.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Word, OneDrive, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated attention to detail with ability to verify product attributes and identify quality discrepancies.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks reliably.
- Effective communicator capable of liaising with vendors, buyers and cross-functional teams.
