Confidential luxury fashion house in New York seeks a Sales Manager — Women's Designer Ready-to-Wear to lead boutique sales and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and drive sales performance across women's ready-to-wear, contemporary, intimates and gift galleries; deliver and exceed store KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team through hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling and performance management.
  • Design and execute clienteling strategies to grow high-value relationships, repeat business and acquisition of new clients.
  • Manage floor operations including merchandising standards, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising, buying and marketing to implement product launches, seasonal floor sets and promotional activations.
  • Prepare timely commercial reporting (sales, conversion, average transaction value), analyse trends and translate insights into tactical actions.
  • Ensure exceptional client service and adherence to brand standards across all touchpoints; act as the primary ambassador for the brand in-store.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of leadership in luxury or premium retail, ideally within women's apparel, intimates or contemporary brands.
