Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Oversee daily retail operations and customer service excellence
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor inventory levels and merchandise presentation
- Train, coach, and mentor sales associates
- Manage staff scheduling and performance evaluations

Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales management
