Confidential luxury house — Paris: Sales Manager role leading a boutique sales team to deliver exceptional client service and commercial results.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop high-value client relationships through bespoke clienteling, VIP service and targeted CRM activity.
- Coach, mentor and evaluate staff performance; manage recruitment, scheduling and talent development for the sales floor.
- Drive in-store commercial strategy including visual merchandising alignment, stock allocation and promotional execution.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and action plans; liaise with regional management on pricing, inventory and assortment decisions.
- Organise and host client events and private appointments to enhance loyalty and cultivate new high-net-worth customers.
- Ensure flawless service standards, compliance with brand policies and highest levels of product knowledge across the team.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in luxury retail (preferably fashion or leather goods).
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a premium environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience using CRM and POS systems for client development and sales reporting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and retain high-performing teams.
- Fluent communication skills and professional presentation appropriate to a luxury client base.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years in luxury retail sales with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role; experience in a maison or high-end boutique strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or equivalent professional experience; formal retail management training is a plus.
