Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and deepen client relationships to drive repeat business and achieve departmental sales and event targets
- Coach and develop Style Advisors in consultative selling techniques, clienteling strategies, and personal brand building
- Plan and execute client appointments and in-store events to maximize sales opportunities and client engagement
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members with urgency and rigor
- Drive continued education initiatives focused on product knowledge, event participation, and targeted selling behaviors
- Manage performance through accountability coaching on company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Identify client spending patterns and develop strategies to increase wallet share and customer lifetime value
- Leverage clienteling tools, social media platforms, and multi-channel technology to strengthen client relationships and drive acquisition
- Collaborate with store leadership and marketing teams to identify top clients and execute signature experiences
- Monitor merchandise deliveries and inventory to inform selling strategies and maximize conversion potential
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of management experience in retail sales or luxury fashion environments
- Proven track record of successfully managing selling and operations teams to achieve sales results
- Demonstrated expertise in clienteling, personal selling, and customer relationship development
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to inspire and lead diverse teams
- Proficiency with clienteling tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Experience
Minimum 3+ years of progressive management experience in retail sales or luxury fashion, with a proven track record of building high-performing selling teams and achieving consistent sales results. Prior experience in department or specialty retail, particularly in women's fashion or contemporary luxury goods, is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and developing sales talent, coupled with personal selling expertise.
Education
