  • Support audit compliance and enforce department and stockroom controls
  • Manage team personnel, product placement, merchandise presentation, and promotional activities within the department

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in luxury retail fashion or equivalent
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven history of building, leading, motivating, and coaching retail teams
  • Strong understanding of luxury customer service principles and departmental operations
  • Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds as needed
  • Ability to maintain flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
