Sales Manager, Jewelry position in Chicago — lead luxury jewelry retail operations and manage high-performing sales teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of jewelry sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the jewelry department
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and product displays to optimize customer engagement
- Provide expert product knowledge and consultative selling guidance to team members

Qualifications
