Role & Responsibilities
- Lead achievement of maximum sales and revenue growth for the Handbags department in accordance with company vision and values
- Oversee all aspects of merchandise presentation, communications, returns, and damages coordination with merchant and vendor partners
- Manage team execution and anticipate operational risks to maintain performance standards and adjust for roadblocks
- Contribute to strategic store-level goals and establish departmental priorities
- Review business performance with applicable Buyers and develop collaborative action plans to drive positive results
- Partner with Client Development Leads to establish client-focused strategies and programmes
- Analyze internal and external customer behaviors, trends, and preferences to inform process adjustments and focus programmes
- Plan and complete departmental budgets, minimizing operating expenses while maximizing revenue generation
- Support audit compliance and enforce inventory controls within the department and stockroom
- Manage team, product placement, and sales promotion activities across the Handbags category
Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of luxury retail fashion experience
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and revenue results
- Proven experience building, leading, motivating, and coaching retail teams
- Strong collaborative mindset and 'win together' mentality
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds as required
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
