Leading luxury fashion house — Paris: Sales Manager, Designer RTW role in Paris driving boutique sales leadership, clienteling and team performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and deliver boutique sales targets, KPI performance and profitability for the designer RTW store.
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team to ensure exceptional client service and consistent achievement of individual and store objectives.
- Manage VIP client relationships, clienteling strategies and CRM-driven retention programmes to grow lifetime value.
- Ensure immaculate merchandising and presentation that reflect brand visual standards and seasonal directives.
- Control stock, inventory and replenishment processes; liaise with buying and stock planning teams to optimise availability.
- Recruit, schedule and deploy store personnel, and implement training to raise product knowledge and selling skills.
- Prepare regular sales, loss-prevention and operational reports; take ownership of P&L drivers at the store level.
- Coordinate in-store events, trunk shows and private client appointments in collaboration with marketing and wholesale teams.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales management, preferably within designer ready-to-wear.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and motivate a sales team to exceed targets and KPIs.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-management capability with experience managing VIP clients.
- Commercial acumen including P&L awareness, stock control and KPI analysis.
- Excellent presentation and visual standards, with attention to luxury service protocols.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a store management or sales-management role within designer ready-to-wear.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
