Role & Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of maximum sales and growth targets in partnership with functional leads and aligned with company vision and values
- Oversee all aspects of merchandise and communications with merchant and vendor partners, including presentation, returns, and damages
- Manage team execution, anticipate and address risks and roadblocks to maintain departmental goals
- Contribute to store strategic goals and set departmental priorities
- Review business performance with applicable Buyers and develop action plans to drive positive results
- Establish plans and strategies in partnership with Client Development Lead(s)
- Analyze internal and external customer behaviors, trends, and preferences; adjust processes and standards accordingly
- Plan and complete departmental budgets; ensure guidelines are followed to minimize operating expenses and maximize revenue
- Support audit compliance and enforce department and stockroom controls
- Manage people, product placement, and sales promotions within assigned department(s)
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in luxury retail fashion
- Track record of achieving sales results
- History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams
- Demonstrated "win together" mentality and collaborative approach
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 10 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
4+ years in luxury retail fashion, with demonstrated success building and managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (GED); further education in retail management or business preferred but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 78,007 to USD 97,509 per annum.
