Sales Manager – Contemporary, Kids, Gift & Home position in San Francisco. Lead multi-category sales strategy and team operations for a luxury retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy and performance for Contemporary, Kids, Gift, and Home categories
- Manage and mentor a team of sales associates and category specialists
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandising standards, and visual presentation across assigned categories
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform category recommendations
- Ensure compliance with brand positioning and retail standards
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to direct reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in luxury retail or premium contemporary brands
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-category management or portfolio selling

- Proficiency with retail management systems and sales analytics software
