Role & Responsibilities
- Lead total ownership of the beauty sales experience within the store, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand stewardship
- Develop clienteling skills and selling behaviors of direct reports through coaching, training, and performance management
- Maintain high visibility on the selling floor to coach the team, facilitate client appointments, and build sustainable relationships
- Drive client development by working with Business Managers and Beauty Advisors to establish deep relationships and maximize wallet share
- Deliver memorable shopping experiences and maximize each client appointment to address beauty, skincare, and network needs
- Coach the team to leverage technology and clienteling tools for data-driven business development and 24/7 customer engagement
- Build team expertise in product knowledge across all brands through educational platforms, intersell trainings, and brand liaisons
- Foster an inclusive team culture, manage performance issues, and develop succession plans while recruiting top local talent
- Serve as a management leader on the floor to resolve client issues and support daily selling floor operations
- Participate in opening and closing duties and coordinate event planning to enhance client engagement
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing retail sales teams
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets in luxury retail or multi-brand environments
- Strong clienteling and customer relationship management skills
- Expertise in beauty or luxury goods product knowledge
- Proficiency with retail technology platforms and data analytics
- Ability to develop and coach teams through training and performance management
Skills
Experience
Experience managing retail sales teams in a luxury or multi-brand environment, with a demonstrated ability to drive performance, develop staff, and maintain high customer service standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,808 to USD 107,260 per annum.
