Sales Experience Manager for luxury footwear retail location. Lead shoe department sales team and drive customer engagement in premium retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the shoes department sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Curate and maintain compelling product displays and visual merchandising within the footwear section
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and engagement throughout the purchasing journey
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and product allocation for shoes
- Monitor sales trends and customer preferences to inform merchandising decisions
- Train team members on product knowledge, brand heritage, and sales techniques
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or premium footwear sales
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- In-depth knowledge of footwear products, brands, and market trends

Experience
