Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and approach customers to create a welcoming environment
- Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
- Educate self and others on merchandise and maintain expertise across collections
- Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests and commitments to ensure satisfaction
- Utilize mobile devices and clienteling tools to communicate with customers and expand business opportunities
- Advise customers of the benefits of the InCircle loyalty program
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through consultative engagement
- Maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor
- Ensure audit and compliance requirements are met

Qualifications
- Commission sales experience
- Previous retail experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and climb stairs for extended periods
