Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a consummate luxury client experience on the menswear 3rd floor, proactively greeting clients, building rapport and converting interactions into sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through consultative selling, clienteling and appointment handling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge of menswear assortments and convey product provenance, materials and fit with authority.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to brand procedures and cash-handling policies.
- Develop and maintain client records, follow up on leads, and execute CRM-driven outreach to cultivate long‑term relationships.
- Ensure floor standards and visual merchandising directives are upheld; execute replenishment, pricing and stock rotation.
- Support store events, private appointments and seasonal activations; coordinate with managers and cross-functional teams as required.
- Comply with loss-prevention, health & safety and brand presentation policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of retail sales experience; prior exposure to luxury menswear strongly preferred.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for consultative selling and relationship building.
- Comfortable operating POS systems, handling transactions and maintaining client records.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Typically requires 1–3 years of customer-facing retail experience, ideally within luxury fashion or high-end menswear environments. Demonstrable sales achievements and experience managing appointments and CRM outreach are assets.
Education
