Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on customer needs and preferences
- Greet customers consistently and educate them on current promotions and product offerings
- Build lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and drive credit card acquisition
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS register system while maintaining checkout standards
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay current with off-price luxury market trends
- Achieve individual and store sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and loyalty program participation metrics
- Execute floor maintenance tasks including fixture resizing, go-backs, markdowns, and signage placement
- Maintain proper merchandise display in compliance with brand standards
- Adhere to Asset Protection control and compliance procedures and support shortage and theft awareness initiatives
- Support store events, selling programs, and special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven track record in retail, customer service, or sales environment
