Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-touch, appointment-led client experience for bridal and eveningwear customers, from initial consultation through to final fitting.
- Conduct expert styling and product demonstrations, advising on silhouettes, fabrics, and customisation options to align with client needs.
- Manage client appointments, maintain detailed client records, and proactively follow up to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Coordinate fittings, alterations and communication with in-house or external ateliers to ensure flawless final delivery.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling accessories and recommending complementary services.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards, including merchandising, display upkeep and fitting-room excellence consistent with maison directives.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle confidential client information and ensure compliance with returns and reservation policies.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment and periodic reporting to retail management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within bridal, eveningwear or couture environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural aptitude for consultative selling and building trust with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of garment construction, fittings and alteration processes.
- Professional demeanour, discretion and ability to manage sensitive client relationships.
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as required by appointment schedules and peak bridal seasons.

Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail sales; prior exposure to bridal or eveningwear is strongly preferred and highly valued.
Education
